Privacy Policy

  • 3 Wings Digital will carry out work at the developer’s office or another designated developer’s location.
  • Without prior written consent, the client cannot cancel or repudiate a contract that the agency has accepted.
  • Five days after receiving an invoice, you have to pay for the materials and services. You must pay 50% of the project work before instruction, and the remaining 50% during go-live (transactional fee is on customers).
  • Upon the client’s written acceptance of any estimate, the client will be considered to have given the agency permission to purchase all materials upon written acceptance of any estimate.
  • The website’s production will be considered finished once it is online and available for public viewing. Prior to the website project’s launch, the last payment is due.
  • Unless otherwise specified in writing by the parties, the client accepts the materials and/or services on the condition that the quoted price is ex-works and does not include any value-added tax, special packing materials, carrier fees, delivery, insurance, or customs duties, all of which the client is responsible for paying directly.
  • The client will use a direct debit to pay for monthly package marketing agreements. Once engaged, we will issue a direct debit mandate.
  • The agency retains ownership of the products it has already developed. The agency delivers the same design to multiple clients in different or same locations.
  • “Modifications to the Work’s Scope” Clause The costs listed are merely “estimates” based on how long we think this project will take to complete. We hold client responsible for any resulting additional work. If the client adds or modifies anything after giving their consent, they will bear the additional costs (unless 3 WINGS DIGITAL made a mistake) and receive payment at the usual hourly rate of $100.
  • The client agrees that 3 WINGS DIGITAL will not launch any websites on Fridays or days before holidays.
  • Project timeline: the real amount of time required for design and development to finish a project. The client’s prompt and comprehensive feedback on all design and development deliverables is essential to meeting the deadline.
  • Delays in input could cause a major delay in the project timeline.
  • The client understands that 3 WINGS DIGITAL will only address any post-launch bugs for a duration of ninety days from the official go-live date. If the client modifies the website code or hosts on servers not authorized by 3WINGS DIGITAL, leading to a website issue or vulnerability, 3WINGS DIGITAL will not be responsible for rectifying the defect without receiving payment for labor and materials.
  • 3 Wings Digital makes no guarantees or promises regarding search engine placement.
  • Porting fee is 700 USD plus extra charges on transactions.
